Frames in flow have only one starting & ending connection

A video needs to follow a single linear path through a design. If a flow contains a frame with multiple starting and/or ending connections, the video may not follow the intended path or apply the intended transition.

🔍 How to identify

The start of a connection has a white circular endpoint with a blue outline, and the end of a connection has an arrow endpoint.

Open the prototype panel and check whether any frames in your flow have multiple starting or ending connections.

🔧 How to fix

Decide on a path the video should follow, then remove any connections not on that path.

For designs with a small number of problem connections, remove extra connections one at a time by selecting the connection on the canvas and pressing the delete key.

For designs with many problem connections, consider removing all connections on the canvas and re-establishing your flow from scratch. Do this by right clicking any connection on the canvas and selecting "Remove all interactions" at the bottom of the dropdown menu.
